Not bad for $50/day in an emergency (my reason for being there the one night). Close to all the action and the beach, this is great for backpackers, and those on a shoestring budget in search of a restful trip. Since you ARE in the hub of the action it is a bit noisy Wesnesday - Sunday morning about 5am. If you like to test the limits of your life, eat the food. My opinion? Don't. And they never seem to have a dinner knife. Oh, and bring a washcloth, they tend to believe the towel on the bathroom floor can be used as such. Coolest thing about the place is Carlos and Lucas.

Good hotel but bed is very hard and pillows are small. Has hot water which is a plus. Better options in Sosua for the price.

Excellent budget hotel very reasonable prices, this hotel is within walking distance to everything while being in a nice quite location . Has a tropical feel to the decor, rooms are basic but comfortable .. nice pool area ..the restaurant has great food .. highly recommend the Thai dishes

Good location close to the strip. Restaurant is pretty good featuring German food. Love the balconies with the wood work but not much room out there. Some of the room on the main floor by the pool don't have windows. The pool area is nice especially at night.
The hotel is older but is very clean and well kept. Not expensive. Wifi is spotty but decent when you find the right place in the room.response / report this review -

Lage optimal im Zentrum. Gutes Essen. Zimmer sind sehr gut und top gepflegt. Safe im Zimmer. WLAN Anbindung wird gleich am Empfang eingerichtet. Ein kleiner Strand direkt vor der Haustür. Der große Strand ist 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.

I stayed 2 days (I was touring island, Santiago, Santo Domingo, San Cristobel) it was very good. There was always a mototaxi outside, the hotel was clean and cool. The staff were friendly. I will return, next time I will stay longer.

Very well maintained small hotel. Everything is very clean. The electrical installations are of high quality. There is an independently operated restaurant in the back serving delicious food made by German owner and chef Andy with his team. Everyone is nice and helpful ask the time.
The hotel itself lies on a street with only one exit so there is no through traffic. Nevertheless you can reach lots of things on foot.
