Customer service was really good, the staff was always very helpful! The parking lot is a bit tricky as it isn't very big, nor it's very organized. The price was good, it was cheaper than the other accomodations in the area. The hotel is right in front of the beach so that's a plus and it's close to the dining options in the area. The only problem was the really weird 3pm check-in, as we arrived at the premises at 12 noon and although we requested an early check-in prior to our arrival, this couldn't be arranged.

I stayed in this hotel for a month, in Feb. 2017. It was very clean. Best location. 1 minute from the beach and shopping and restaurants. Best clubs only walking distance. They started working on the outdoors and the gardens and lighting were beautiful. They need more mosquito nets in the balconies. The staff spoke English and were very helpful and pleasant. Every thing you asked you got it promptly. I will definitely return.

Decent rooms. The beach is a 1-2 minute walk away (or there is a pool) and most everything you need, from currency exchange to quintessential French restaurants, is within walking distance.
