My first time staying and I'm in a home away from home. Hospitality is an understatement. Greetings and smiles from the moment you step or from your vehicle. After a long day of travel and work, to come back and order a steak for the meal of the day was satisfying. Room service was exceptional as they strive to make things perfect. Breakfast is absolutely one of the best as the choice of food is not a short list. Service, again, was at its best. My expectations were met and beyond. Enjoy!

Definitely is the place to stay in Santo Domingo. The rooms were clean, the Market restaurant is yummy, and there is a pool, work out room, and spa services. I would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for wedding reception that took place in the hotel. Was great. Staff was super friendly and always helpful from check in to departure. Room was very modern. Try and get high floor for great views. Pool and gym were great. Food and drinks were great. Upgrade to use executive lounge, well worth it. Had no complaints. Centrally located. Highly recommend if you need hotel in Santo Domingo.

Amazing hotel. The minute I walk in , I know I was going to be happy with my stay. Can't wait to return. I must mention from the Spa & Hair salon was espectacular. But must important of course is the dry cleaning. Mr. Jose Luis Polanco is superb. He took great care of my garment. I felt like I was @ The St Regis on 5th Ave, NY. I hope he train every person on the dry cleaning area, because the would be learning from The Best.

Nice hotel. The staff is really welcoming. I visited so many country in the world. This is the best customer services I ever experienced. However, I would not recommend sea foods to anyone with gastric matters.

As a frequent traveler, I stay at many hotels throughout the year in many countries. The Real Intercontinental was very clean, the staff extremely helpful, and the rooms and public areas very nicely appointed. Special commendation to Junior H in NAU for great service several afternoons in a row, and Cindy in the Van Gough bar. They both went above and beyond what we expected. My only complaint was the temperature in the fitness center. Too hot to work out! They tried to bring it down, but it did not work.

Overall, a great week at the Real Intercontinental.

I went there to the restaurant, we reserved a table for 12 and when we arrived we had only 8 seats because they used our table for other people, service here doesnt exist at all. I waited about 30 minutes for someone to come to our table to ask what we wanted and when i did order he refused to bring what i asked.

The Market has the best salad bar in town. Either breakfast, lunch or dinner a very good option. Try the little mofongos.

Fantastic hotel. I have never seen a more professional staff anywhere in the world. Whoever hired and trained these folks did a great job.

The room, the hallways, the lobby, the elevators. spotless.

Not only is the hotel staff top notch, the restaurant has amazing food, and possibly the best coffee in the world.

I had one small problem during my week there, and it was solved immediately.

Trust the concierge to point you in the right direction. There's a lot to see and do in the old city, so let the pro help you.

I loved this place. Everything worked the way you want it to.

Excellent hotel, superb service, full of details. Rigoberto and Patricia will serve you the best mojitos and sangrias.
Me. Polanco will take care of your laundry with so much attention, you’ll just relax and won’t worry about anything, just enjoy Chef Miguel’s breakfast buffet and get pampered.

Beautiful, modem new hotel in Santo Domingo. The staff is warmly helpful, accommodating and they all speak several languages fluently. Rooms are spacious and stylish with large comfortable beds. Also a huge, modem bathroom with large soaking tub and separate, enclosed shower. The rooms are well sound proofed, which is always a nice thing in hotel design. There's reliable, fast wifi and a coffee maker, iron and minibar in the rooms. Another nice touch in designing the rooms here was the placement of electrical outletsthere are many near the places you'd want (including USB outlets nearby the bed and desk). The pool is beautiful and the spa was very nice. Really pleased with my stay in this hotel!
