They filmed one of the "Godfather" movies here as well as many other films - great rooms.

I myself experienced many times the amenities of this great hotel. It's a perfect location that combines practicality and prestige. All of it's areas are wonderful places yo enjoy.

The food is particularly good and the attention of it's personnel has always been excellent. I've been there for work related activities and the time that I have passed has been really great. My workmates seem to think the same. Comfort, family spaces and a great staff are the perfect combination that makes this greatly located hotel an unforgettable experience. Take my word for it, I promise you'll be having a good time.

Hotel is in a good location and has beautiful grounds, with gardens and a great pool area. Breakfast is really good, so good you will probably eat enough and not need eat lunch. The junior suite is nicely appointed with plenty of space for a crib and two adults. The only negative about the hotel is the room service. One day we ordered a sandwich which was very good, next day we ordered the same sandwich and something completely different came, when we called to complain they told us the chef was different which is why there was a different taste. We told them the not only was the taste different but the ingredients were as well, but they stuck to their different chef story.

This place has horrible customer service and even that I stayed in the royal suit the pool was out of service for my two night stay they didn't do anything for my inconvenience or did they care Todo anythingthe main manager told me to use the pool just the way it was if I wanted to at the pool was half way filled and with chemicals the pump not working even another employee told me that he was crazy for telling me that they closed me out of a VIP loungeit was suppose to close at 11 but got me out at 930 that bc they had an employee party .didn't let me sleep while I was trying to relax bc they wanted to charge a bottle of water that I had gotten out of mini bar from my room cause they couldn't wait until I checked out unbelievable customer service that these people have here I would definitely advise calling before staying here or wouldn't even bother at all not worth the stay at all . I have another night but unfortunately I came to relax by the pool but not an option and the service is horrible especially the managers they won't do anything for you or even care

Rooms are nice. Staff is nice. Valet parking is great. Pool is great. However beware $40usd at a 47.5 conversion rate for two plates of eggs as room service is ridiculous in my view. I mean the eggs are not made of gold. They werent even that great tasting of eggs to be honnest.Beware of room service costs!!! Also they block twice the amount of the room cost on your card when you get in. For example my stay for a couple of days was suppose to 700 they blocked 1400 which they claim I will get back at th e end of the stay. Besides for that great hotel

Even though parts of the hotel were under construction, we had a great stay. The staff was helpful and friendly and everyone went out of their way to make sure the construction didn't distract from everything the hotel had to offer. Amazing food, great pool, spa, workout facilities etc Would definitely stay there again.

My wife and I stayed for a week. The hotel was undergoing renovation so there was a lot of noise during the day and my wife holed her skirt on a broken glass table top. However we could not fault the service provided and would definitely stay again.

Great service and incredible patio. Also the Lobby Bar serves very good cocktails. Of course, prices are quite high, but for the quality you receive its worth it.

Our stay here has not been at all what we expected. We had stayed here in the past and had a decent stay but currently this hotel is not in good condition.

The rooms have been renovated, but it feels as if this was done with minimal attention to detail. For starters, the rooms have motion sensors to sense when guests are not around. This will then turn off power when guests are not present to conserve energy. This sounds wonderful but has some unintended effects due to not thinking through the wiring in the room.

The air conditioning is including in this power line. So during the night when guests are still the AC goes off. The rooms get hot. Also the room will not cool during the day either. No matter what time you return the room will be hot. We switched rooms and had similar issues in other rooms. Also, the electrical plugs are included in this. So the phones would not charge over night.

Third, as soon as someone enters a room all lights will turn on in recognition of the person returning. Nice during the day! Not so nice when someone steps out to get ice at night and returns 3 minutes later to have all the lights turn on and wake up your kids. There is no option for all the lights not to turn on, which is bothersome at night.

The doorman is nice and the hotel is recently renovated. However the staff had minimal concerns over AC issues. Also, though not under direct control of staff I am sure, construction with hammers and drills starts at 8 am. So sleeping in will not be possible.

The room service and restaurants were commonly out of food on their menus. The food served was average. It was OK though not what one would expect from a hotel advertised to be so nice. The staff mostly seemed confused and customer service is not up to American standards.

After staying here 3 times before I didn't think we will be back. We will find a different hotel for our future trips to visit with family.
