It is not a new place but it is clean and it has a very warm and friendly atmosphere if you are a solo traveler. I loved my stay so much! It is just 1 minute walk from guagua and cheap restaurants plus 4 min walk from the nice beach. It is quiet to sleep and very safe. Mara is the best host. Prices are amazing affordable.

This place will be your home away from home! We have traveled all over the Dominican Republic (on a budget!) and this place has by far the best accommodations, the best staff and the best price with an amazing cause (proceeds help support young girls education in India!). It's central enough to have day trips to places along the coast (Biyahibe and Santo Domingo) and walking distance to the amazing bars and restaurants and beautiful beaches in Juan Dolio. If we ever come back to the Dominican we will definitely be staying here again!!!
