Horrible hotel. Staff was friendly but not the least bit helpful. Requested towels were never delivered to our room and it took us forever to check in. WiFi did not work! Food was absolutely disgusting. They put this weird ketchup-like sauce on their nachos. Pools were disappointing. Globs of hair on closed swim up pool bar. Just a gross area. Scary grounds - don’t be by yourself at night- you will be harassed with no way back into the resort. Rooms were by far the worst part. Paper thin walls, ants everywhere, peeling paint, no phone, and a hose for a shower head. The only reason I gave it one star is the oceanfront view. This hotel needs to be renovated- it’s not 1970 anymore. Go to another beach if you want a relaxing vacation. Absolutely HORRENDOUS experience all the way around.

This place is terrible!! No hot water for the duration of our stay, nor WiFi. Maintenance broke the sliding door and just taped it up. The food in the restaurant looks like it was made by children (slices of American cheese on nachos!? Come on now!) We were constantly lied to by the front desk and the manager was never there. Didn't offer a partial refund or anything. Only good thing was the view and proximity to the beach. I will NEVER stay here again.

First off, I’m NOT the type of person that complains or ever write a review but I feel a need to make you all aware of this nasty hotel. I frequently travel all over the world to include Sosua for years however this is what I get for booking late.
First off the staff and my initial wait for checking in was unbelievable waited over damn near an hour to get my room. Second when I arrived at the door of my room that should had told me a lot when the bell hop pulled out an actual key instead of a key card.
The room was deplorable would not allow my Cana Corso to stay there. The beds were horrible and extremely HARD, the room itself was so old, terrible and I mean terrible walls etc. The WiFi was terrible because you couldn’t access it from your room.
The bathroom was for a child, not to mention I saw water bugs in the shower. The room had absolutely NO decor about it and I mean none. The only good thing about this hotel is the beach and ocean view that’s it, oops I’d be remiss not to mention the hot water was really nice. Just beware people this is a dump! I would never ever stay here again or recommend it even for the one day that I stayed here.

The Staff Was Very Friendly And Accommodating. Starting With The Reception By Lissandra And Tania, The Smiles
Became Bigger And Brighter, Ruth Was Very Pleasant With Her Food Service And The Bar Tended By Mercedes Was Excellent!! Rounding Out The Team Was The Manager Maria And Reception Supervisor Jenrry, All Working Together To Make My Stay Enjoyable..response / report this review -

Beautiful place.
Really nice hotel, friendly staff who really try to go the extra mile for you. Rooms are big and clean with AC, never experienced any theft or anything like that. The entrance to the hotel is guarded day and night to keep unwelcomed guests away.
Pool was clean and well taken care of, the beach is just below though if you go there you will have to deal with a lot of people trying to sell you stuff and braid your hair. Still after you've said no enough times they get the idea.

It was amazing!! Just 2 blocks from downtown and literally you can walk from pool directly to the sosua beach below.. staff very friendly!!
