Outstanding week of diving - from the e-mail correspondence with Jenny before arrival to confirming local arrangements with Karim including transportation from my hotel to the open water refresher in the pool with Sandra to the day trip to Catalina Island to completing my Advanced Open Water certification with Agata, Tayi, and Michaela. For a dive shop with so many different divers at different levels of experience, I always felt as though my needs and interests were their top priority. Maybe it was because I was completing the Advanced Open Water requirements, but the largest group I dove with was 4 (even when there was another group twice the size diving from the same boat). The equipment was in good shape and safety was always the highest priority. I give my highest recommendation for this dive shop. My only regret is not being able to participate in the Diver's Day or night dive - maybe next time!

This dive center is incredibly well organized, provides thorough instruction, and is at the top of its game. The fun-loving and knowledgeable instructors are easy to talk to and it is evident that they love their jobs and all things diving related.
My two teenagers and I went with another father and son and we were all blown away by the entire experience, including the hard working and amazing staff. If you have ever considered going scuba diving in the Dominican Republic, this company is the best in the business. Thanks Dressel Divers for an incredible experience.response / report this review -

Tuve la oportunidad de hacer el viaje de snorkel con mi familia a Isla Saona y he de decir que la experiencia en general fue buena por el catamaran y su tripulacion que hicieron el viaje muy agradable. No obstante lo que realmente puedes ver haciendo snorkel es muy limitado y apenas tuvimos tiempo de estar en la isla.
Me gustaria recomendar a la empresa DRESEEL que el servicio de video que tienen a bordo (AGUA VIVA) lo reconsideren. Independientemente del precio que es terriblemente caro, lo peor es el resultado del mismo; con los medios que hay hoy en dia el CD que recibes no puede ser mas basico, con 2 videos de archivo y promocion de p cana y otro de dia de la excursion que parece mas una kiss cam y sucesion de primero planos q un video con un story telling y algo mas de lo q cualquier persona puede hacer con una camara deportiva sin mucha habilidad. El tipo brasileño que grababa hizo muy bien su papel pero sinceramente cualquier video de cualquier viaje de grupo de hace mas de 20 años es mejor que lo que da la contrata de video: AGUA VIVA (totalmente desaconsejable) #excursionSIvideoNOresponse / report this review -

My girlfriend (1st time doing SCUBA) and I (2nd time doing SCUBA) did discover SCUBA with Dressel in Punta Cana. They pricing was fair and included instruction, a pool practice session, and 2 open water dives! Not a bad deal, there are better prices but they were worth it. Great customer service and supportive and knowledgeable staff. Our instructor was Andre (from Brazil) and he was outstanding. If it wasn't for him, this would have been such a great experience. He is very smart and patient with all of our questions. We did great and really had a terrific time. Highly reccomend Dressel Divers anywhere, especially with Andre.

Very good alternative to sunburning. Nice staff, good equipment. Visibility could be better but still worth reccomending!
