Wonderful feeling of working with the women here, helping them create jobs for the women of the area.

Very fine example of self empowerment, and so much fun helping these women make such fine chocolate!

This place is so very Cool. What a humbling experience. The women that run the shop are very friendly and helpful. It was so much fun getting to experience the chocolate from the field to the store. Wish I would have been able to spend more time helping.

I give this place five ratings 5 stars because I went there to help women who run a cacao chocolate plant they show you the entire process hands on you participate in every aspect of their business you are shown every procedure and how their chocolate is made from the putting dirt into a bag from planting the seed to the process of drying the cocoa beans the different colors of the beans from the first day to the sixth day I don't know I just found it very exciting it was very interesting and I learned a lot the work was very tedious and they do this every day no high-tech machinery just bare hands that is why I love choc Al and those amazing women who had the courage to start their business

As part of a social impact project through Fathom Cruise, our group helped this local chocolate factory cooperative with production steps along the way. We learned a lot and had lots of laughs along the way. I don't think much of the things we helped with were usuable though!
