Nice local surf school . There is many different instructors they speak english and spanish . Really friendly people !

Every year we go from Miami to the Dominican Republic to visit family in Cabarete. Part of our morning ritual is to go surfing every morning at So Encuentro Beach and we wouldn't go anywhere other than Chino's Surfsurf School. Chino and his local and International instructors are knowledgeable, fluent in English and show us exactly where the best spot is that day for the best surfing. You have to check them out! I highly recommend Chino's Surf School!

Been coming to this school for 4 years to rent/buy boards and for board storage and it's always awesome coming to the beach to see these guys they're the nicest. They've got boards for rent long term or daily, always the best boards for sale and at a fair price. Super cool is now they have a high performance surf coach. Now that I'm surfing better and not really a beginner anymore it's nice to have someone who can coach me at the level I'm at. Thanks dudes

Really poor experience here when renting boards. Would absolutely not recommend using them for rentals or lessons. They told me I couldn't surf with my boyfriend unless I paid them for a lesson, on my birthday. They exaggerated, tried to intimidate us and nearly ruined our surf vacation. But literally next door at Pahuana we had an easy, friendly experience.
