Hmmm good for families. By the beach. Lots of mosquitoes in the apartments. No mozzie spray on property. Very nice staff, just not my type of placebut good for groups who want to semi take over a property great privacy or again, families.

Rented an apartment here through airbnb. The place was nice, had soap/shampoo/conditioner/body lotion/hair dryer. Full kitchen, but no condiments, etc.. Salt and pepper shakers were there but empty. The place was nicely decorated, clean, and beds were comfortable. Super close to the beach, with a nice pool area too. Very cute place. Water heater was tiny though, so hot water runs out very fast, then a few minutes later there's hot water again, so had to shower in stages lol. Owner is very nice and lobby staff is very helpful :)

Really enjoyed my stay at the Chateau, the location was perfect, the rooms were really spacious, a real quiet place with its own pool and the beach is at walking distance. This place is good for couples as well as for a big family.

It is a nice cozy Hotel. The staff there are very professional and courteous. They are also family oriented anything you ask for you will receive it. The management stuff Freddy Garcia he is like family anything you need and you ask he will see to it that you get it in a timely fashion. The place is very secure and safe at all hours to have fun and relaxed and the beach is no more than 30 seconds from the hotel.

The afternoon we arrived, we were immediately captivated by the location we would call home for a few days. The apartment is located in a more local destination rather than in a touristic resort, but that is exactly what we wanted. A place we would be comfortable and still see the realness of the streets of Punta Cana. Once the taxi arrived, we were bedazzled by the beautiful entrance and the warm welcome : "Bienvenidos!" They exchanged details about local transportation, the complementary breakfast and the possibility to speak with a tourist representative. The place was a sweetly decorated with shells and sandy decor, vibrant colors and large glass windows. The rooms, bathrooms, sheets and towels were clean. The staff and 24-hour security guard were friendly, helpful and resourceful. We rented a bike because that was the most cost-effective way to get around. Their touristic rep offered a few packages, we chose to visit the Beaches of Macao in a life-changing ATV ride which stopped in a cave with beautiful cold waters and we also visited the Island of Saona. We left happy with new friends, looking forward to come back, hopefully sooner than later.

Excelente Hotel Boutique, el servicio de todos y sobre todo de Manuel el propietario es excelente.
Esta a media calle de la playa y ofrecen un desayuno en un rest. sobre la playa.
