It’s for sure usual to wait in hospitals. Always some urgent patients are coming. But to wait more then 2 hours is to much. I don’t wanna speak about this waiting but after the waiting it’s not going better just worst.The doctors are unfortunately so unqualified and if you wanna survive, don’t visit this place. I can’t even say hospital. In Puerto Plata are better ones. Or if it’s not so urgent go to santiago.

Waited around 3 hours to see Dr Mack who is probably the most incompetent physician I've ever encountered. I told him I had a rash that didn't itch and he never asked to see it, I had to say "I'm gonna show it to you" and he prescribed a lotion to ease the itching??? swollen lymphs I also had to specifically ask him to check. I needed a specific blood test but he didn't know the difference between it and another similar test (common knowledge for doctors) he googled it during the consultation and also took a personal phone call.

Quick service! Visited CMC - emergency room - for an ear infection that was getting worse fast. The staff was well organized and we saw the Doctor within a few minutes of arrival. We appreciated the Doctor was bi-lingual in English and took time to explain what needed to be done and then provided treatment on the spot, including IV drugs. Also happy with the total price of $140 USD.

My friend had an emergency and I took her to CMCShe cannot say enough about how truly impressed with the care of everybody therestarting in emergency, Dr's, Lab people, Nurses. porters, cleanerseveryone.She is a nurse in Canada and she honestly cannot express how impressive the whole facility is and the care/concern/cleanliness she receivedComing to a different country with a different language, they made her feel comfortable and confident in their abilities by first all taking the time to actually listen to her history which was very important.

Great center! The entire staff are very polite, helpful, and very knowledgeful in their fields, american standards (the name of the clinic is Cabarete Medical Center. ) and now they MRI machine, the only one in the North Coast.
