We had a pretty bad time here. There was 3 young women taking orders for popcorn etc and they definitely don't have any idea about what customer service means. One of them literally screamed at me because I was taking my time trying to figure out what coins I should use to pay. As you know they don't use american dollars in RD. Then we asked for Coca cola amd after she charged us she said, "what you wanna drink?" And we were like "well we asked for coca cola soda" and she said we needed to drink something else because she was out of coca cola syrup. We spoke to the manager and he was even worse. Sad, because we were a tourist group of 15 in total.
Anyway, we lost like the first 30 minutes of the movie and regreted going there.
Hopefully they were well trained after that.

No está tan mal como lo ponen, no me disgusta. Me gusta que no va mucha gente y los precios 😜. Me gustaría un mejor mantenimiento del exterior y que incluyeran asientos exteriores. El parqueo no es bueno para vehículos bajitos.

Worst movie theatre ever! The movie seemed blurry and had scenes that were cut off. The place just seemed 2 or 3 decades overdue for a much needed renovation.

This cinema has a name that it doesn't live up to at all. The place is filthy (next to a type of sewer lake of some sort), where rats, yes rats, find an great deal of enjoyment and snack off of your popcorn that you worked hard for to buy. The sound/video quality is horrible, and the staff is absolutely careless whether you see the movie or not. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE, EVER!
