  The rooms are disgusting and outdated, leaks on the ceiling, tiles and paint coming off, rust in the bathroom. The restaurants serve microwaved food, the alcoholic drinks are watery and tasteless! They advertise many restaurants but you can't get into a few unless your a vp member. Waited 2 hours for room service food is horrible, lobster and wine cost extra. Very disappointed, never coming back to this resort.

  This place is just haven on earth. It's one of the best hotels you can choose in Punta Cana. The view is amazing, far away from other hotels, even though is a large resort you never feel crowded. With 7 different type of restaurants you feel like home. The staff is really helpful and always there for your needs. I highly recommend to choose the upper floors, the ground levele smells like mould due to the high humidity. Enjoy
