  The place is nice and the work they do. I took off one star because of the service received. When they ask you what you are looking for and you give specifications you expect to have what you ordered I personally did not received that in my last order.

  I order a cake for 11 am, is 1:30 and I still waiting for the cake. Organization is really bad and the services as well.
  
  The cake is good but when u have to pick up the cake or even pay for it, there is the big problem.

  Pésimo! Mala atención, me hicieron esperar dos horas después de la hora en la que debía estar mi bizcocho. La orden la tomaron totalmente mal, los colores que usaron no eran para nada lo que pedí, deseaba algo sobrio y me dieron un carnaval verde y rosado con flores plásticas y un bling bling que no refleja para nada el buen gusto que debería tener un pastelero. Ademas el relleno del bizcocho era invisible y eso sin mencionar que la masa no estaba nada fresca. Una decepción total. Si buscan solo economía y entristecerle el cumpleaños a alguien recurran a este lugar, si quieren calidad, buen servicio, puntualidad y precios acordes a lo que uno exige busquen otra opción.

  Llevo mas de 3 años usando regularmente los servicios de Alberto; Lo que mas me gusta es su capacidad para crear ideas y adaptar aquellos diseños que lleve el cliente. A mejorar existe un retraso regularmente de entre 15-25 minutos a la hora de entrega.

  Una de las mejores Repostería de Santiago. La masa del bizcocho bien suave, y el relleno muy Rico. Lo recomiendo.
