deserves less than that the service is horrible lines are always out the door the tellers are inexperienced and incompetent even if you go early in the morning as in 8 am when the open you have a 30 min wait because the entire staff is late the man at the door is rude beyond words i have even heard him threaten people its a ridiculous place and caribe express should step in and fix this horrible situation that is occuring in this establishment
