  In a nutshell: Meh. Over priced, long wait, staff consistently underwhelming and often rude. Food is pretty good, though. Pizza is definitely where it is at. Tempura also tasty.

  Sadly I will never order from them again. After waiting over an hour and forty minutes for my pizza, when it finally came it was cold.I called the restaurant to informed them that the pizza was cold and they offered to re make the pizza to my surprise. Yet when I returned the pizza they informed me that they could only re heat it because some of it had been eaten. As to be expected, the pizza was dry and mildly burnt after they reheated it. To top it all off, the pizza was still not as hot as it was the few times I ordered from them in the past. The usual spot truly isn't a bad restaurant. The main problem is that they are inconsistent.

  I was at a nearby establishment, in the same building and apparently the only washroom in the building is located within The usual spot. I needed to pee so I went across to the usual spot, while I was writhing with a full bladder I was told with a straight face that toilets were for paying customers only. Needless to say I will never patronize this place again. It's 2017 for crying out loud.

  Decent food, but the worst attitude in service, so I avoid them. No manners or professionalism. Hopefully they'll hire new attendants.

  Great variety, free delivery, and prompt service.
  
  The food can be very oily with an 'american' style feel to many of their menu items (e.x. their noodle/chow mein dish is called 'spaghetti').
  
  The meat is usually good quality but have had a sub-par meal with obviously low quality meats.

  As far as restaurants go around Ross, this place is at least consistent. A couple of times my chicken was under cooked, otherwise I enjoy the options for flavors and styles of food all in one place. A bit more expensive than others, but the chicken seems to be better quality/size.
