Monty's is always a place I visit when in the Cabrits area. Monty is located on the shoreline with a pier which extends into the bay.

Update:
Sadly, Monty's was damaged extensively ( read obliterate) by the passage of hurricane Maria in September 2017 and has not yet been rebuilt. Being located on the shore line meant that Monty's had to bear the brunt of Maria's winds and sea swells.

We love going to Monty's! It's a great location, North end of Portsmouth at the end of the beach on the way to Cabrits National Park. You have a wonderful view of Prince Rupert's Bay and all of the boats at anchor.

The rum punch is fantastic, especially Monty's Coco Punch and Roundabout. He also cooks delicious fish dinners and usually has live music on Friday nights. I would highly recommend you try his place out if you haven't been yet.
