  The town of Portsmouth holds the most potential in the development of Dominica. The marine industry; port cruse & mega yachting are still untapped. Great prospect indeed!

  I'm a student at the local university and hate this place. Only local restaurant I've had personal items stolen. They charge for waiter tip, when in Dominica waiters are already paid regular wages, hence no one else abuses students with this unsubstantiated charge. They blast obnoxious music even in mid-week early afternoons and annoy students trying to focus. Their food is no better than any other local restaurant.

  Restaurant bar très sympathique et très animé. Très fréquenté par les étudiants de Ross University. On peut y boire un verre ou se restaurer la carte des menus est très variée. Un accueil chaleureux à la domicaine ; ).
