  This is more a review of sparta who run out from there. The club is quite large with a range of running speeds from about 6:30 to 4:00 minutes per km. Groups tend to be 10+ and sometimes impersonal

  Great athletics facilities in connection with Sparta Athletics Club. Outside track and field, plus a smaller complex for indoor activities.
