Small modern rooms in the city center. Perfect for the persons who prefers location over the large rooms. Breakfast are poor if you stay more that for one day as soon lectionary is the same all the time and selection is limited.

Great hotel! Close to everything good staff and comfortable rooms. Loved the bed as it was extremely comfortable. The bathroom is in a glass capsule and has a futuristic feel to it. I can't complain about anything as every time I've stayed there everything went smoothly. I highly recommend it!

This is a hotel for price sensitive consumers. You must understand this before booking. It does not have the luxuries of other hotels. As long as you understand that, you can enjoy this hotel. The location is truly fantastic and the price is very good. This hotel is a great choice for solo travelers who want to see the best of Copenhagen on a budget.

Pros: Excellent location, inexpensive price, clean, modern design, free WiFi that works great, friendly helpful staff

Cons: Very small rooms, very small shower stall, poor man’s breakfast (bread, cereal, soft boiled eggs, cold ham and cheese), no gym or pool, no loyalty/rewards program

In the centre of Copenhagen, the Wakeup Copenhagen Borgergade is ideally placed for a stroll into the city centre or Nyhavn area (5 Min walk). The hotel itself is modern, but basic. It is reasonably priced for a hotel in Copenhagen. The rooms are compact, but furnished with all the required facilities, but would be a bit tight for more than one guest. There is a car park next door, this is not free and be warned if you are an early traveller, locked until 06:00 in the morning.

Small rooms, but practical. Great location close to historic harbour but close to central shopping area. Local transport close by for quick travel to airport. Generally well priced compared to other hotels in the city. Great food choices close by.

TINY BUT NICE- measured 7 feet wide by about 12 feet long (including bathroom). Only good for 1-2 people- NO KIDS. I would go crazy in a room this small with kids. Comfortable bed and good A/C. It would be nice if shower was bigger than 3 foot in diameter (yes, it's a circular shower). No iron in room, but one available from reception:

It was a very clean hotel and the staff were very friendly.

I understand they are trying to be environmentally conscious but in the process it just makes it seem like they're being cheap.

There aren't any fridges in the hotel rooms nor were there safes. There were no telephones in the room, just a main one near the elevators and no ironing boards in the room. Other hotels who don't offer fridges in the room have offered guests ice but not here unfortunately. And no kettles in the room. I could understand if you don't have kettles offer guests free coffee and tea but that wasn't the case.

The breakfast had very few options compared to all other hotels. Cereal, bread, hard boiled eggs and slices of meat.

It's definitely a very busy location, clean and to the point of just being a place to sleep with a bed. Because, that's all there is in the room. A bed.

Great for what we wanted. Tiny rooms, but clean, with A/C and a great location. Cheaper price than some of the other competitors. Don't expect much in the way of fancy amenities.

If you are expecting giant American style rooms, think again. If you are expecting a budget friendlier option for a room to yourself, this is it.

Small (def. for 2) but clean and trendy rooms. Perfectly located in the center of the city. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. Staff needs a customer friendly training!

Great location. Just an FYI for when you are going as a couple, the shower and toilet are located next to the bed. You might feel a bit exposed when you visit the bathroom.
The hotel doesn't have the ability to hold you luggage. You will need to put them in a locker, costing you 20 Crowns.
It's clean but expect the pure basics.

I stayed in a cozy and comfortable room in this hotel for 1 night and it was a pleasant experience: the room was clean, renovated, with a very nice awesome bathroom. I definitely can't complain about anything concerning my stay. However, according to my online reservation, I expected the breakfast to be included in the amount I paid, but apparently it was not so clear in the ad and I had to pay an extra fee of 70DKK.

Friendly staff made for easy checking in and out, and we're always ready to assist. The rooms are really small and storage of bags (so that you can move about in the room) will cost you extra. The breakfast is very basic and unless you prefer eating early, not worth it. Note: there are not ,any locations nearby which open for early for breakfast. The hotel is located close to the walking-street, pubs, coffees shops and restaurants. Good value for money, overall.
