Very central. Close to everything. Nice service, both in reception and restaurant. The room was big enough and clean, but could need some minor renovation. Over all very good.

Finally somebody got it - tomato salat and other awesome salats at the organic breakfast buffet. Mayor view over the busstreet, tower of cityhall and beautiful AROS rainbow. Original dinner at Restaurant Gäst. Tumbs up - a key to relaxation in Aarhus

Excellent breakfast, single rooms a bit on the small side, but comfortable. - try to avoid room facing the road A lot of noise!

Small rooms and beds at an expensive price. But that's the standard in Aarhus. Great staff support.

Decent hotel, a little bit old though. Breakfast is ok. Free parking available on Sundays. Good location in the city center.

The receptionist was not friendly and every things we were asking for was not possible for example having rooms next to each other's. we even haven't heard words like "good morning" "have a nice day" or "hello". However, overall the hotel facilities was very good.

My experience pale in comparison to the neighboring hotel Comwell Aarhus.
First off, the room was cold with no curtains to provide privacy from other neighboring buildings.
Secondly, when I checked in, the box of tissue was already used up with only 1-2 pieces left. When I phoned the reception to get another, no one picked up the phone after multiple try. When someone eventually pick up after an hour, he told me to go downstairs and just handed me half a box of tissue saying that is all he can find. This is unacceptable considering the price for this hotel is much higher than Comwell and I receive a far worse service here.
There is only one small lift to the floors above and my room is located at the very end of the corridor with a wooden slope to the room. This just pose as hazardous and should not be used for occupancy.

Turned out it was Black Friday at the evening of our arrival and all parking lots was occupied, but the receptionist was very helpfull to find a good alternative. At checkin we were also told that the hotel had an unusually amount of guests and that there probably would be crowded at breakfeast, so it would be a good idea to turn up as early as possible. Useful information and when we arrieved at 8.15 there was good space, and the breakfeast was very delicious! We had a very nice stay!

This hotel is a good example of not judging a book by its cover. Best Western does not usually carry a good name, however the service here during my stay was great. From the concierge service right up to the restaurant staff!

The hotel room was large and comfortable for 3 people and a small dog. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Our only complaint is, we requested on-site parking but we're told it was full so had to leave the car at a parking garage in a shopping center a block away. At that time of night, 9pm, there were a ton of non-Danish speaking kids and young men running around in front of the hotel. There's no way to pull up with the car to unload because the bus stop is literally a few feet in front of the door. We couldn't carry all our bags from the shopping center so we consolidated out stuff into backpacks.
If we had on-site parking it would have been perfect. Walking with all our stuff through a group of screaming boys and young men was not fun.

Perfect hotel location and equipment compare to the price. Always very kind and lovely receptionist and staff at all. Very good brakfasts! Sauna is great / fitness is very poor. I give 5 stars anyway :)
