Super nice location. Easy access. Nice, clean and quiet. Walking distance to downtown Aarhus and to Marselisborg, still easy accessible by car. Free parking. Relatively cheap.

As expected received an sms 13:00 hours on the day of arrival confirming room was ready. Upon arrival around 18:00 hours, I found door to the room open, and vacuum cleaner in the middle of the room. I hope staff completed cleaning before abandoning the place. Ran into person from morning staff who couldn't be bothered to say hi. No cleaning or tidying after first night. TV channels selection is poor at best, not even airing the biggest national channel. View is great though, and atmosphere outside the hotel is brilliant (right on the Marina). General condition of the place and rooms okay.

The rooms are clean and modern, beds are very good. The location is far from City, but on a very cozy small harbor with restaurants. My room was spacious and had a balcony. No TV, not that I wanted to watch TV.

Perfect location with view over marina. Clean. Free coffee. Breakfast included. Unmanned, so no other services.
