Like other reviewers have said, the layout of this place is super cool! It makes you feel like you can have a real conversation with the person you are with as you can get away from anyone else in the bar. The bartenders know a lot about each beer in the location which can help you make a decision if you are unsure about what to get.

Mega friendly and good beers. Nice atmosphere. However, it's not that obvious from the street as it's down a few steps with a very simple title above the door. Worth the search though.

What a welcoming place! The layout is fantastic, with various nooks separating and spacing out the customers just enough to make it a communal setting but with every group having their own personal space.
The friendly staff immediately greeted us with smiles and a sly offer for a mystery flight. They wouldn't tell us up front what beers were in the flight but recommended we try it nonetheless. The wife was skeptical about ordering without knowing what to expect, while I was all in and quickly ordered mystery flights for both of us.
We both loved what they served. It was amazing, with a broad range of styles placed in perfect tasting order, and a detailed explanation about each beer from the knowledgeable staff.
If you even kinda-maybe-sorta like beer and are in Copenhagen, you definitely gotta check this place out.response / report this review -

Amazing beer, good atmosphere. Needs more space for seating, but they have made great use of stools and shelves on the walls. The artwork and branding is really cool.

Great beer but a little high brow. Doesn't give out tasters or allow you to order less than a pint unless explicitly sold as a half pint.

Mikeller is an amazing spot, all of the different outposts are dead cool. Grab one of their many beer choices and sit outside and chill, nice staff too.

I'm downgrading my experience from four month ago. I have been here many times and was always quite happy. Today, the bar manager would only let us sample one beer each. After we expressed our frustration, he accommodated us with a free small beer, but the incident diminished the experience today and I'm confused what the place stands for. One sample doesn't work for me to narrow down my choice, if the first sample is not a hit. The Mikkeler in Vesterbro is excellent and I never experienced this here, even if it was very busy.
