Went there for Evidence concert. Sound was okay, it's a small place so it's kind of a "house concert", which is nice. Ordering in the bar was fast, and all the staff were friendly and nice.

Wonderful concert venue with interesting bands. Can get quite hot and hard-to-breath but that's what you expect from those shows. Nice selection of beers.

A wonderful little venue in the heart of Christiania. Entry fees are cheap, the drinks are good, and there's always life and laughter during the weekends. If you want the quintessential multi-cultural experience, aim for Balkan Swing Night at Loppen!

One of my favourite venues in Copenhagen, simply for the atmosphere. The sound has gotten better over the years, too. The only thing that can be a downer is the late starts, which can be a bummer on a workday.

Copenhagen: one of the best cities in the world. Christiania: the best part of one of the best cities in the world. Loppen: where you go to hear and/or play music in the best part of one of the best cities in the world. What could go wrong? It's great. From the Rube Goldberg cage contraption used to load gear in to the amazing cook and soundman. And a great atmosphere. Go there.
