No internet, light above seat not functional for a 7 hour night flight, after I paid
over $1000 to be upgraded to Sega class. Second flight metal box under the seat ahead so no leg room in Eco Flex class. Something wrong with seat back
felt like a small ball located middle of the lower back. Two more flights this week - can't wait.

The flight crew was excellent, there was nothing they could do since every
seat was filled
