Very friendly staff that tends to your inquires patiently and offers good suggestions. It is very convenient as you can buy most entrance tickets to museums or canal cruises here, and have a Danish hearty breakfast at the café.

It's rare to post a review of a tourist information office, bit this one is really outstanding. Besides the usual offerings of such a venue, there are dozens of VR goggles that allow you to visit Copenhagen's most important sights without breaking a sweat. It's fantastic for keeping your children occupied while you plan your time ahead.

Not that fare from here there is a hidden gem open for everyone to visit, but only during the weekdays. It's called Axelborg, take a look inside and take the elevators up to top and take a look down. Be careful of your steps when stepping inside the elevators, there are no doors and no buttons to push;-)

This place is not very objective. Seems like they are recommending places that are sponsors of them. Tourists are recommended to go to usual places where everyone is going, but not to explore the city.

The office is very close to central railway station and the point where you may want to take a bus to Malmo. The staff were nice polite and they provide great help, information and brochures in major languages. Just next door is an excellent caffee. Espresso was awesome.
