Always a good experience as far as I am concerned, though the rooms vary from ok to really nice. Breakfast is Rich a varied, definitely top notch in my eyes and if one chooses to dine here, the cuisine is good and the menu is renewed frequently enough to prevent it from becoming boring.

Reasonably priced hotel, within walking distance of Legoland. Decor in the rooms is dated, and rooms smell slightly moldy. Great breakfast and dining though. Would get more stars if the rooms and bathrooms are to be renovated to modern standards.

We didn't stay at the hotel, but ate at the resturant.
1. The steak I ordered was medium well. I received a medium rare.
2. After a single bite establishing that it was the wrong order, there was no way I was going to give that steak back. It was beautiful.

Eat herejust confirm how exactly you'd like the steak done.

Nice hotel with clear rooms. Near to Legoland so walking there will not take you a lot of time.

Disappointment, it is not 4 star. Bathroom like in the 80s in student dormitory. Small room, no wardrobe and place for 3 persons. Smells bad, no ventilation. No refrigerator.
Good TV, good cleaning and breakfast. Good Wifi.

I'd give the staff 5 stars! Excellent service and great attitude. Couldn't be happier with staff.
Room was a beauty, but not well cleaned jacuzzi.
Food is great but not much fish or veggies, mostly meats. Breakfast was good.
Yet again, the staff was brilliant! Lots of tv channels.

Very friendly staff, room (suite in the separate blocks) was fairly new and in good state.
The rooms were fairly expensive and everything in the hotel is really expensive. A beer from the mini bar 9 Euro. A small bottle of water at reception (cheap standard water) 3+ euro that shocked me most. The dinner buffet had a children price that was ok en quality was pretty good and they had a lot.
All in all pretty good. The price level might be a Danish thing, everything compared to Netherlands more expensive.

This is a great hotel.
Clean, very comfortable and spacious.
The comfort room comes with a short and plenty of space.
Wi-Fi works well and is fast.
Food at the restaurant is great.

For a four star hotel this place is a joke - I would never stay here again. The rooms they show in the pictures is nothing like the room I had. My room was small and stuffy (no air conditioning) with very dated decor, it reminded me of my old student dorm room at uni. Additionally the room opens straight out onto a courtyard which was the outdoor bar area meaning it was very noisy. The restaurant and lobby are nicely presented and the food was good - the staff are friendly enough but not very attentive I waited for 40 minutes for the waiter to bring the dessert menu and in the end I gave up and just went to the bar to pay my bill.

The gym facilities are not on site but at a different hotel which is not convenient at all.

The beds are not great and the sheets come off easily which, when combined with the hot room meant I had an awful sleep.

I don't know who gave them their four stars - it is more like a 2 star motel with an reasonable restaurant attached.
