Nice place to spend the day or two with the family. I gave it 4 stars because of few things - prices (very high) from entrance to other stuff like Lego products and food, clothing etc. Weather is mostly rainy so consider this, because you can't do a lot when it rains. All in all with visiting.

Rooms, cleaning, service and dinner was very good. The included breakfast was rather poor. But all in all a very good experience.

A fine hotel with themed rooms. I stayed in the pirate section and while it was themed, I thought the room was rather a small for a two parents and two kids family. There are some facilities for kids on the hotel, like a game room and Lego building competition, but I expected there would be more. Overall, it is a nice place, but the noevlty quickly wears off.

Easy way to experience Legoland. Park outside for free. Just go directly from the hotel into the park. Our kids (4 & 6) loved our pirate room. Both kids got a little Lego present too which they thought was awesome. Fresh well kept room and nice staff. The food at Panorama restaurant was not very good for us adults (but ok), but the kids liked the food, and loved the play areas and the staff that played with them, so all in all, pretty good experience for us adults too. Would definitely choose to stay here again for the next Legoland visit.

Great hotel for kids. We spent the first evening playing inside!! There're legos everywhere. You have direct access to the park in 1 minute. Nice breakfast, normal dinner.

Hotel is located right next to the Legoland park, there is entry to the park from the hotel. The hotel is super kid friendly with Lego activities and Lego themes everywhere. Staff are super friendly. Only down side is that everything is super expensive.

On business, and in needed somewhere to crash close to Billund Airport after a late flight into Denmark. Thought, why not try something different and really please I did.
Many business type hotels are all very similar, plain and boring, but just walking into the Legoland Hotel reception, my spirit was immediately lifted.
I took a business room, not quite ready to take a leap for the Pirate or Ninjago rooms on offer, and it was as you expect from any normal hotel.
Breakfast was great and the service really excelled. I'd like to stay again.

The rooms are great. The decoration is amazing. LEGO constructions everywhere. Perfect for children between 5 and 8. LEGO bricks available for children to play with. The restaurant is not bad for breakfast but we did not like the suppers. It is better to choose a restaurant outside the hotel to eat.
