  My room was a small one (as booked). The bathroom was also really small.
  Breakfast OK, good breads. No coffee maker in the room, but teas in the lobby.
  Swampy drain in the shower even after I removed hair from it.
  WiFi was spotty at times, disconnected every now and then. Two internet stations in the lobby.
  Outside of Copenhagen center, but not far (15 minutes walk to the rail station).
  Bycyklen (electric city bikes with GPS) is just across the street, I used it a lot.

  The rooms were a bit small but very clean and good looking and had every thing you needed. The Breakfast were quite good aswell and the staff was nice and helping.

  Nice and clean room, with very comfy bed. Perfect location, just about 10 minutes (3 bus stops) from the station.
  Poor Wi-Fi, but it could be because of the location of the room.
  Very tasty breakfast, but there was a little smell of mold in canteen - I've got strong allergy for that, so every time I went downstairs I was sneezing.

  Very Nice. Straff super considerate and asking if anyone needs more from breakfast buffet, instead of just cleaning it away directly at closing time! Rooms nice, we had top floor apartment that is big with two bathrooms and three bedrooms. Bus is two stops from central train station.

  Very cute rooms, comfy beds and great location. But perhaps a little dated, no in-room phones, old locks and thin walls. Although this didn't really bother us, what did is that it was advertised as free wifi and breakfast which it is not. It could have been the room we purchased or the way we booked/payed for it, I don't know but I recommend double checking this if these are a must for your stay. But otherwise it's a very sweet hotel with very friendly, helpful staff.

  We got upgraded to a gorgeous suite. Staff is super friendly, the hotel is lovely and location is ideal. Highly recommend it!
