The hotel seems clean and it is in a good location. We stayed in the 4-bed room. However all the 4 bed rooms are by the lift shaft which was not clear, and it is noisy through the night when guests use the lift. After a sleepless night by all, we requested to move to two separate rooms of 2 but we were smirked at by the man at reception. Rather than seem apologetic about the noise, he merely told us we would have to pay extra to move.

Old feeling. No air condition in rooms. Breakfast has seen better days.
1/10 would not sleep again.
There are better hotels for same price.

One of the worst hotels in Copenhagen I have visit. Even though location is pretty good. Staff who argues with you all the time, small and old rooms, dusts and more behind the painting.

I've been staying in this hotel 2-3 nights every two months for 4 years in a row. It's not a bad place to stay in Copenhagen. Rooms are just ok, the hotel is clean and the free breakfast is good. For the way it's run, it seems to be a family business.
If you are looking for a proper hotel experience, there is one across the road, better than maritime although more expensive.

Location is not bad, less than 10 minute walk from a metro station and couple blocks away from Nyhavn. Could definitely be cleaner, the shower still had some hairs. Also the room and bathroom had a weird smell, can't really tell what it was. There's no ac, just a super noisy fan and it gets quite hot even though the weather outside is cold. The wifi is very bad here, it cuts out every 10 minutes or so. At one point it cut off and never connected again. It was nice they had breakfast included with the room. For the price, it's not a bad deal.

Hotel i plesent, receptionars are very helpful and kind. Rooms are small but clean. Decoration is not modern and up to date, but tidy. Breakfast is served in large and bright restaurant. Breakfast is rich and tasty.

Great location and we'll priced.
Free breakfast in the mornings and free tea and coffee all day.

Situated close to all locations.

Copenhagen is a expensive city so this hotel is reasonably priced. People say rooms are small but your here to visit the sites and spend a minor bit of your time in your room.

Happy with all aspects of the stay there. And we had 3 in a room and we were out all day seeing the sites. Reading previous reviews find most of them petty and unjustified

Rooms are fine but a tad dated. Hallways could use carpet so the presentation lacks a bit more than it should. The walls are also a bit thin so you do hear your neighbors from time to time. That said it seems reasonably clean and is in a great location and everyone working there is nice.

I enjoyed my stay here. Nothing special, and my room looked out onto a light that kept my room slightly lit up all night. Breakfast was really good for two mornings, but might get boring for any longer. Far away from the train station, but otherwise incredible location.
