Definitely not the best place to stay in Copenhagen. The rooms are tiny and the interior is poor, and you can hear every noise from the hall and rooms next to you. The breakfast is very limited and hardly has anything apart from bread, cereal and eggs. There is only one person at the reception desk, so quite often he is either busy with another guest or wandering around the hotel somewhere. Nobody takes care of your luggage either.
On the bright side the hotel has the biggest spa in the city and they are also offering morning jogs at 7am on Mondays and Wednesdays with a coach, which is really awesome.

Attended a summit in one of the hotels conference rooms. Good facilities, friendly staff, great WiFi and the coffee, snacks and water were good. Would definitely recommend if hosting in the future.

The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and bright. We did not choose the breakfast option but many did. The evening social hour with a free drink was nice. We had laundry cleaned and it came back the same day. The location is five minutes from a large indoor market square and public transportation. A few decent restaurants in the area. Overall, a very good value.

Loved our stay. When travelling I always like to go for runs to see the local cities, and this hotel was the first I've ever come across that had a running group that meets twice a week. The run was led by a local and although it was only 5k I enjoyed getting to see parts of the city I wouldn't have bothered to go. They also have "cozy hour" where you get a free drink on the house between 5 and 6pm, which I haven't experienced elsewhere. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful.

Perfect hotel, great staff always happy to help. Cosy hour at 17:00 everyday with a free drink of your choice. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The location is perfect for exploring Copenhagen.

Hotel is very close (walking distance) from a Metro Station, and 8 stations from the airport. Is very well located and you can rent house bikes for around 20 usd a day (highly recommended). The hotel has a good breakfast (look for the package that includes it because is a very good deal) and don't miss the social hour between 5 and 6 when you can have free wine and beer in the very cozy atmosphere of the lobby bar. Adjacent to the hotel (you just cross the inside patio) are three restaurants, we tried the one where they serve sushi and it was very good (the other two are a tapas bar and an Italian food one). Rooms and service are really good and worth every penny Highly recommended.

3 in house restaurant which serves amazing food. (Italian, Japanese and Spanish). Good organic breakfast in morning.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Beds a bit small, but we knew that. Free bar for an hour at five o clock was very sociable. Location good if you enjoy walking around the city. Went to the market every day for breakfast. Great city break.

I visited Kong Arthur for a professional workshop. Conference rooms and equipment were very good and nicely hidden away in a charming old Copenhagen backyard. Hotel rooms and amenities were great as expected for this class of hotel. Location is very attractive.

Tidy and clean rooms with free Internet connection and Swedish, Danish, German and a few English TV channels. Nice decor. Excellent breakfast with a lot of organic choices and Danish specialties as one would expect. Friendly staff at the reception and during breakfast. The only negative point I can raise is that the door into the room was no so soundproof so guests with heavy feet could be heard quite easily outside. I would consider staying here again during future visits to Copenhagen.

Nice hotel, have a free drink hour called cozy hour for their guests which is a nice gesture. The Spa attached is nice but small. If you don't buy a"spa" room the deal isn't that great.

I really liked this hotel. The Arthurian theme was really tastefully done and the whole hotel was cosy which after a day of being out in the cold was appreciated.

It's a short walking distance from most attractions so once you have gotten there from the airport you shouldn't need to use public transport unless you're going far out of the city. The hotel offer bike rental for £15 a day but if you only want a short jaunt you can rent bikes by the hour just outside the hotel which have sat nav built into them.

Our room was on the small side but had everything we could have hoped for. The pillows were a bit thin but that's personal taste. The only downside was that the walls were really thin. If someone was walking down the hallway outside your room you could hear them and if they were talking you could hear it word for word.

It's a lovely hotel and if I were to visit Copenhagen again I would definitely stay there.
