Hotel very mediocre indeed!
Not only clients have to deal with young inexperienced staff but also with some rude and/or arrogant employees.
No coordination between the hotel staff.
Room service is a total joke.
Total lack of cleanliness. People do not deserve that treatment in any hotels and particularly not in a so-called 5* hotel.

Fantastic hotel with wonderful service. The property is beautiful, the staff is so friendly and accommodating. This is a perfect place to stay and visit the wonderful city of Copenhagen.

Beautiful hotel with friendly beautiful staff. The one bedroom suite was modern and chic and the bathroom gorgeous. It's close to all the shops and has a lovely bar. The lifts are a little small but the stairs make for a nice walk.

Very good, consistent service during several times stay. Bar staff professional and friendly. Room for improvement at Reception staff, specially younger inexperienced ones ( close to rudeness).

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at anywhere in the world. Their concierge team knocked it out of the park while we stayed there in mid-May to early-June of 2016. Anywhere we wanted to go, dinner reservations or otherwise, they were able to make it happen. We had tried to get a reservation at NOMA months prior through their online booking system at 3 in the AM, but were unsuccessful in that endeavor. We asked the concierge and they called until they got us a table. Geranium was also fully committed for dinner for the length of our stay, but they were able to work their magic and get us a table. It was an "ask and you shall recieve" type scenario and we were impressed with the clout they seem to carry in the Area.
The rooms/room service/spa were all exceptional. We booked a Superior Guestroom through their website, but were upgraded to a Deluxe Guestroom. The room we stayed in was stunning, and, usually, I am not one to care about hotel beds but this one was incredibly comfortable! There was ample room for our many bags that we brought for a friends wedding.
The hotel is in a great location for shopping and for tourist. It is very near to the high end stores nearby, and centrally located such that it is easy to walk or rent a bike and travel anywhere in the city.
This hotel was so amazing that we decided revise our schedule to spend our whole 2.5 week vacation there instead of travelling to Iceland. I literally cannot reccomend this hotel to others enough. If you can, stay here!response / report this review -

Very pleasant staff with a cozy environment. The lobby was clean and generally very great to use for a short talk. Only complaint is that the rustic experience can also be hampered by the dim lighting, a little brighter and it would be perfect

Beautiful luxury hotel with a fabulous dining room. Suites have a walk out balcony and heated marble floors in the bathroom.

A beautiful (and famous) old hotel at the centre of one of the most scenic areas of town. Expect high prices along with great service.

We went for afternoon tea to celebrate a lovely 30th birthday. The food was plentiful and delicious.
Service was perfect except for a small delay in the drinks. Food was amazing. I didn't like my starter and waiter replaced it with no hesitation
Wait until you go, then you'll understand. Lovely firm padding in the seats was a nice surprise and a pleasant plus though.response / report this review
