Excellent service. Was travelling when my iPhone stopped working. I was able to make an appointment the next day and Green were able to assess and fix within several hours. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Had high hopes for my visit today where I wanted help to fix a broken glas camera lens of my 12 years old daughters iphone 12pro. To my horror the advice was to replace the entire phone with a factory new model! Not great from a sustainability perspective and super expensive. No good alternative suggestions. I hot the lens cleaned and replaced at another store accross town - cheaper and all working + less costly = happy father and happy daughter. Please get a second opinion from another authorised repair shop if the advice from this store feels wrong! bad experience… hope mine was a fluke!

Great Apple support! Just like it should be. I had an issue with one of the keys on my M1 MacBook Pro. And the warranty was close to expiration. They changed the entire top case / keyboard.

Unfortunately terrible experience!

My Mac had a keyboard problem, so I decided to bring it here. After few days they told me they could fix the problem just cleaning my laptop!
I spend 80€ and they didn’t solve the problem at all! They actually made things worse (if before the keyboard worked sometimes, now it never works)!
I went back and they told me I had to spend more than 700€ and they couldn’t refund me for the useless work they did!
They charged me for a job that didn’t fix my Mac!
Not sure they know what they do!

I would never recommend it!
