They ruined (striped) my iPhone screws, and drilled poorly around the screw damaging the exterior.

The day after I got my screen "fixed", the microphone was broken (it worked perfectly before). Now, I can no longer make phone calls unless I have headphones in. I took the phone back based on the 2 year warranty they gave me, but they told me it was not their fault and that I should have brought the phone back sooner if I had an issue.
They then asked me to pay 600 or 800 dkk (depending on spec) for a new microphone, despite the microphone working perfectly before the screen replacement.response / report this review -

Two months after I got my screen fixed, it started to malfunction. I went in there to ask for a new screen, but they said it was my fault. There's a scratch on the screen from my keys that they ment was the reason for the malfunction. They said that I had dropped it and therefore a crack. On the other hand they were a bit uncertain when I asked how a 2 mm "crack" (which is a scratch) can ruin the function of the entire screen.

This phone repair store is absolutely terrible!!! First of all I paid for the highest price to get my iPhone fixed and after it was in repair for 2 hours I got it back with a very dim screen which is not good enough when you are paying 1,599kr honestly! And second of all my phone is flickering so much and I can not control it my self. This is just not good Enough!! I am very mad at Telepair. NEVER COME HERE !
