  Gourmandiet is my favorite source for grassfed meats. Their meat is tender, and extremely fresh, and when cooked side by side with the conventional stuff, the difference is unbelievably clear. They also sell a wide range of meat stocks (from chicken to veal, to demiglace to), nitrate and sugar free organic sausages, and other prepared frozen foods.
  
  This is the only place in Copenhagen where I'm willing to buy my Thanksgiving turkey. They are imported from France, and are organic and free-range and unbelievably delicious. They charged about 140kr/kg (generally are between 4 and 5 kg), so they aren't cheap, but about on par with organic turkeys of the same size in the US.
  
  I have heard amazing things about Gourmandiet by Night, and will update this review once it gets check off my list. :)
