Gentoftes Mason has helped us with a total basement renovation and remodeling of outdoor space.

The result is a refurbished light and dry basement with underfloor heating, modern water and electricity installations, new living room, bathroom and utility room.

In the project, energy-efficient solutions were envisaged from the start. The basement's uninsulated floor and exterior walls were insulated with high insulation materials. In addition, heat recovery plants were made, so
the heat from the utility room and bath could be reused for cheap heating of the basement.

The home was thus given 50 m2 extra functional square meters in high quality and an energy-efficient solution.

At the same time, a new carport and garage facility with insulated tool shed and heated hobby space were created. The building was made of natural materials with sedum roof and wooden slats. The result was a modern expression, which gives the classic townhouse a positive counterplay

In the process, they have come up with constructive solutions, input on potential savings and ongoing feedback on progress and economics, which has created great confidence in our process.
