Prepare for child hell. There will be children constantly running around and preventing your use of the elevators. There's indeed signs prohibiting this, but none of this is enforced. My foot was injured and I had a hard time using the elevators since they were either blocked on the same floor, packed with children or zigzagging all over the place.

Screaming babies late at night at the bars ensure there is no place quiet for adults to sit. Avoid deck 2, it's under 2 floors of cars and unhandy with all the problems with the elevators. Communication about the shuttle bus in Copenhagen was a bit lacking, since you're required to buy it in the boat and once you get off it, it's too late.

Pizza was great.

Service was friendly and staff responsive. On board amenities sufficient. Room was tidy and bed was comfortable. The duty free shop the live music bar, sauna pool, restaurants and the disco are a plus. The morning view with a coffee and croissant for 45DKK from Baresso while sitting along the glass aisle enjoying the stunning snow capped view of the oslo fjord is breathtaking. Definitely recommended.

It's reasonably priced and a great way to travel between Oslo and Copenhagen. The boat is a little older than what I expected, but great nonetheless. The food was delicious and the staff incredible helpful.
