Good service and friendly staff. The standard of the hotel is okay. Just okay, nothing special. Around the hallways and elevator etc you can see it hasn't been cleaned in a while, but it is not generally dirty. If you are staying more than two nights I cannot recommend the smallest rooms, as they do not even have a closet for you to hang your clothes. Nor are there refrigerators in the rooms (this also applies to 'superior rooms). In the superior room you get a small closet for your clothes. The restaurant was surprisingly good (both the burger and the steak), and the breakfast was decent. In my pictures you can see the difference between smallest room and superior. The bathrooms were identical.

Very good Business hotel. Excellent location - lots of eateries nearby. Copenhagen Central train station is just 3 min walk. Has lot of rooms too so availability is never a concern. Lastly, breakfast hours are longer than usual so gives you flexibility on weekends.

Cheap (student price 599dkk/night) but the bathrooms are from a different era. very old and our toilet could not flush properly. Otherwise if you get it for that rate we got it its highly recommended. Breakfast was very good, great location and friendly staff.

Stayed at this hotel for four nights, very friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The smallest room provided a comfortable double bed, a television, a decent bathroom and plenty of electricity sockets.
Breakfast was excellent, a broad variety of food and drinks where provided.
Rented bikes one day from the hotel, nice city bikes, ideal to discover the city of Copenhagen.
We enjoyed our stay a lot and would definitely recommend this hotel!response / report this review -

Beds are a little bit hard, but the service is awesome. There's a bar at the first floor what' is nice. I do not like the bathtub showers 😐 give me a real shower. Also ask for separate beds if needed. Breakfast is good

Good hotel in a decent location. The staff are friendly and helpful. WiFi was great as travelling on business. However rooms could be a little bit cleaner. All in all a reasonable stay.

Convenient location around Copenhagen, close to train and shopping. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side (and by proxy, the bathrooms). Overall not too had thought, for the price

The hotel was recently renovated. All the public space and rooms have a new look. I think it's a big improvement, even though they forgot to do the bathrooms. Location is very nice. Close to the train station and in a neighborhood with plenty of bars and restaurants. Staff is young and friendly. The breakfast buffet is very good, but also very busy. Be in time to get a table!

One of the best location in CPH. Close to central station. This hotel has nice lounge. But room amenities were insufficient. Very clean but interior design should b improved. Stuffs are friendly and brk fast was good

It's a pretty standard hotel--coming from an American. The tub in the bathroom is a little narrow and the shower curtain is just a pane of glass that only covers the front half so water splashes out pretty easily. The location is great though.

Great location. Tiny rooms with no wardrobe. That's a first for me, just 3 coat hangers.. the place is built like a labyrinth and you have to walk forever until you get to your room. Reception and the stairwell have a terrible stench. Finally, there's no room service, although it states on the website that there is one. Thanx to the great location however, we were able to just go buy some stuff at a nearby supermarket..

Superb hotel in Copenhagen. Close to Tivoli and superb rooms (at least the ine we got). Trendy environment in receiption. Takes 15 minutes to shopping street (strøget)

Good hotel, nicely situated near the central railway station and handy for Mikkeller Bar and Warpigs and about a 30 min walk to Nyhavn. Friendly staff and the room was clean and spacious.

Great location close the city center. All rooms were recently renovated and clean and spacious. Front office staff is very friendly as well. Perfect for both business and leisure.
