  Very nice burger and a big variety of dipps. However in my opinion it is quite expensive for a self service restaurant.

  Okay place. Affordable prices. Though their signature burger is pretty boring. I actually ordered three burgers and it was a mediocre experience overall.

  Beyond burger was fine, pretty pricey for what you actually get. But there's no warning that their fries comes topped with cheese. And this place apparently decided to make the "vegan" menu include those fries. Come on

  We have many times ordered takeaway from the BurgerShack on the harbor, but this time we ordered from Vintrappestæde. The difference in the quality came as a bad surprise. We ordered two portions of fries without parmesan and spice, one portion with parmesan and spice. The different types of fries were mixed up and they also forgot to skip the spice from two of the portions. So the person who doesn't eat cheese could not have any fries as there was parmesan all over them. Then they skipped the vegancheese from the veganburger. We called them to complain, and got the explanation that they pack the fries in this way and there is nothing to do. Regarding the missing cheese, they said it was because they don't have this kind of cheese in Vintrappestræde. Well, they could have told us when we ordered. The arrogant attitute of the woman on the phone was just what was needed to top off our bad experience.
  
  We then asked if they could send us a new burger, with cheese from their place on the harbor, but this was not an option. Out of generousity, we were offered a compensation of 30 kr for the ruined fries and 5 kr for the missing cheese.

  Burgers are pretty damn good here.
  Probably some of the best in Denmark, and the Odense restaurant is one of the bigger Burger Shacks.
  The fries are amazing, and the meat is high quality.
