Excellent service, great quality 'Lux' bike for riding around the city during exchange. When the first one had a faulty bell, they replaced it immediately and adjusted the seating and checked the tyres for me. They were also kind enough to point out the top scenic locations in the city to visit during my exchange. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

This place is a rip off for buying bikes. They try to overcharge whenever they can. 1. I managed to buy 2 brand new hybrid bikes from Bilka for less than the cost of one second hand bike they tried to sell me with a broken bottom bracket. 2. I tried to buy two abbas locks and they tried to charge me for a higher priced lock until I pointed it out and saved over 100 DKK. They basically take advantage of the inexperienced and expats.

Bike Offered 3800 DKK broken bottom bracket
2 x new Hybrid bikes from Bilka 1299DKK Each

Abbas 8 rated lock Blue/Pink 299DKK was charged for the black version of the lock at 359DKK that's a 20% over charge.

If you want to buy look elsewhere.

Bought two second-hand bikes for around 5200 DKK in 2012. Both bikes are still in great condition, so it's easily my best bike purchase ever. To make everything better, the shop donates proceeds to charity. I'd never go anywhere else to buy a bike.

Lovely staff, lovely bikes. Super helpful owner guy who helped us even though they closed in like 5 minutes when we got there. We were there on a Friday afternoon and there were tons of bikes there, but when we were back on Sunday to return our bikes, it was totally empty. In other words: there might not be bikes left in your price range etc if you rent your in the middle of the weekend.

Great helping staff. They provided me a very good bike for my trip around Danmark on two wheels. 850km without a problem. They're professionals and I recommend you to rent your bike here.
