  Ich hatte ein absolutes zähes und fasriges Rumpsteak, auf Nachfrage der Servicekraft teilte ich ihr dieses mit. Aus Kulanz wurde mir ein Kaffee angeboten, meine Bitte das 1.Getränk zu verrechnen wurde durch den Chef abgewiesen und mit einem Kaffee (den ich nicht einmal mochte, geschweige denn wirklich haben wollte) beglichen, dies sei anders nicht möglich.
  Außerdem war das Essen lauwarm (bis das Besteck gebracht wurde noch kälter), unsere 5köpfige Gruppe musste zeitlich versetzt essen, da das Essen in sehr großzügigen Zeitabschnitten kam. Alles sehr unglücklich gelaufen ich empfehle dem Chef sein kundenfreundliches und -orientiertes Business mal zu überarbeiten. Die Servicekräfte sind freundlich und stets bemüht, jedoch scheint mir, dass die Mitarbeiter sowohl in der Küche als auch im Service Hilfe gebrauchen könnten.
  Völlig überbewertet Küche: teuer und nicht gut

  One of my favourite spots in Köln. located at the heart of the downtown shopping district, they serve great coffees, their meals are delicious, they have a very clean kitchen and bathroom but mainly, their customer service is second to none!!!!!! Especially 2 of their employees, the guy from Jakarta (Indonesia) and the tanned, fit lady. They work their butts off to make sure no body ever waits!!

  If Im not mistaken we were there around 3-4 PM for a nice coffee break. Too bad the waitress told us that the cakes or dessert options we wish to have werent able to order as you could only order it after 5 Pm.
  
  The Coffee wasnt bad and the range of alc. and non alc. drinks were nice.
  We got a nice bowl of vanilla ice cream with hot cherries and 2 cakes which didnt taste bad either. We gonna come back soon to try the main courses (n the rest of the desserts!) out in the next future.
  
  Price Performance Ratio is just okay, if only they could be a bit negotiable with the 'timing' I mentioned above.
  
  Actually a nice place Regarding the location this place is surely an eyecatching too. But the lunch is terrible.
