Staff that doesn't value your time - had to wait 1.5 hours only to hear an overprices offer. Also the store seems not professional and messy in their organization

Dont ever rent a bike here!!! I paid €54,- in advance with my creditcard and at the day of arrival the station was closed. I called and send many emails but got no response and what was worse they did not pay me back the money. I needed help from my creditcard company to get my money back. Worst service ever!!! Be warned!!!

I went to the shop today. They can speak English. The owner and everyone are very friendly. They help a lot to fixed and change things for my old 35 years bike to be like a new one with good quality equipment. very good service !!! I recommend to all of you. :)

Miserable Firma! Station in der Leipziger Straße existiert seit mehr als einem Monat gar nicht mehr. Mussten dann durch halb Berlin, um zu einer anderen Station zu gelangen. Räder in sehr schlechtem Zustand. Mussten erst die Reifen aufpumpen. Schaltung bei einem Rad fehlerhaft. Räder stark verschmutzt. Zum Schluss war die Station zum Abgabezeitpunkt geschlossen. Die Schlüssel konnten nirgendwo hinterlegt werden. Fazit: Nie wieder!!! Kann nur jedem den Rat geben, einen weiten Bogen um diesen Verleiher zu machen!!! H. Schubert

Ich wollte ein neues Fahrrad kaufen und habe ein schönes in diesem Laden ausgesucht. Der Verkäufer notierte Namen und Telefonnummer und bat mich, am kommenden Werktag das Fahrrad abzuholen. Als ich das am folgenden Tag tun wollte, war ein andere Verkäufer vor Ort, der von nichts wusste. Auch auf Nachfrage wollte er kein Fahrrad verkaufen, da ihm "das zu viel Papierkram" sei. Nun wollte ich dem Laden noch eine Chance geben. Erfreulicherweise gibt er an, auch am Sonntag bis 16h geöffnet zu haben. Bei Ankunft um 15.30h war dieser allerdings geschlossen. Andere Kunden standen mit mir ebenfalls vor verschlossener Tür.

At first don't expect many help if you have a contingency. Anyway they will lend you the tools you need If you buy something.

I went to the store to buy a cable for my front derailleur. After waiting for an hour in line, the salesman would not cut the wire to the length I requested. He claimed that if he did so, I would ask for my money back (euro 3.50) if he cut it too short. Behavior of the same staff member was very curt. They have excellent opening times and an excellent central location, but I will try to avoid the place from now on.
