I went there with a 8 weeks old kitty that had fever. I had just adopted her and, as I figured out later, she had just a normal intestinal infection, due to the new environment and food, something very common. What did they do wrong?
- After the first visit in the morning and shot of antibiotic the doctor asked me to come back if in the evening if the cat should keep being lethargic (120€). I came back in the evening and another doctor told me it was too early and to come back the day after, but she decided to gave my kitty a shot of water and sales (40€, 10 min visit). Why the first doctor asked me to come back in the evening then?
- The day after the fever was still there but lower (the cat had only have one shot of antibiotic). Nevertheless the doctor said we had to take her blood and make all the analyses (300€). I asked some time to think about it and they said I HAD TO DECIDE IMMEDIATELY, WE COULDN'T WAIT AND I HAD TO PAY 6€ FOR THE EMERGENCY BECAUSE WE NEEDED THE RESULTS BY THE EVENING. I agreed and paid, they took her blood and gave her the second shot of antibiotic-------> in the evening that day the cat was feeling fine thanks to the antibiotic, I HAD THE ANALYSES 3 DAYS LATER, I ASKED THEM TO REFUND ME AT LEAST THE 6€ DUE FOR THE EMERGENCY AND IT CAME OUT THEY DID NOT MARK IT AS AN EMERGENCY. THEY KNEW IT WASN'T AN EMERGENCY AND AFTER THE SECOND ANTIBIOTIC THE CAT WAS GONNA BE FINE. That was unprofessional and disgusting to me.
My new Vet was shocked to see how many analyses they made for a very easy case and without waiting for the antibiotic to have effect.
- I spent more than 400€. The doctor asked the assistant to give me 3 doses of food. I thought it was a gift (also because they receive it for free). But I also had to pay 10 euro for that, the doctor did not ask me if I wanted to buy it, nor how many I wanted, he gave it to me acting as if it was a gift and then I found it in the invoice.response / report this review -

Die Ärzte an sich sind nett und kompetent. Aber für einen Verbandswechsel mindestens 1 Stunde warten, es hätten auch 2 Stunden werden können und für eine Wundversorung über 2 Stunden warten ist eine Frechheit! Ich war seit vielen Jahren dort mit meinen Tieren in Behandlung, werde jetzt aber einen anderen Tierarzt suchen, denn die Wartezeiten werden sich nicht ändern. Beim letzten Mal habe ich nur für eine Impfung über 1 Stunde warten müssen.

Summary: Expensive, unable to handle anxious cats, 0 useful vet advice.
I got my newly adopted cat there and received pretty much 0 vet advice but a (big) useless bill I had to pay. My cat is anxious when in presence of strangers and after being moved, but they were incapable of doing a proper examination of her like weighting her or check if she is neutered (BTW, she was neutered some month ago and you can still see the shaved belly and the scar, 100% brilliant vet here). Then, a week later when she had her chronic, periodic pink eye, they refused to check her unless we sedate her. Of course, immediately they start offer you all the cool exams one can do to the cat "just in case, and since we have her asleep", but the reality is that my cat just needed some eye drops and after two days she is already better. So, unable to handle anxious cats and unable to treat an animal efficiently. Very good at charging you 8 euros without opening the transporter box and for nothing. Big no-no to me.response / report this review -

Went here for the first time on a friend's recommendation. The staff was a bit chaotic during check-in, but other than that, the doctor and her service was great.
