Bester Zigarrenladen in town, mit Riesen-Humidor-Room und allem. Große Auswahl, ausgezeichneter Lounge-Bereich. Das Personal ist freundlich und kenntnisreich allerdings ein wenig "maulfaul".

Best humidor in Europe. Very, very Berlin. People from everywhere in world come here to buy cigars and smoke. Other reviewer was complaining about staff. If its your first time it could be gruff. Takes warming up. Are you here to buy cigars or get a massage?

I visited this shop dressed in shorts and a t-shirt as I was wandering around the city with my wife and son whilst on holidays. The reception I received as I walked in the door was decidedly cool. A cursory guten Tag and a head to foot appraisal. After I explained that I'd like to buy a few cigars I was shown into the humidor. I asked for a particular pair of cigars that I'd seen on their website and was told that they weren't in this particular shop but instead were stored in another location. Crestfallen, I looked on the shelves to see if I could find something else that appealed. The selection is large and varied so there wasn't any doubt that I'd find something. However, as I was looking, I saw the brand and series of cigars that I had originally asked for. So I was simultaneously pleased that I had found them and annoyed that the salesman's automatic response to my request was to tell me that they weren't stocked. I bought 3 cigars, I would have bought more but I was being treated poorly and decided not to. After this I noticed that they stocked an independent bottler of whisky, I started a conversation about whisky and my enthusiasm for independents and my dislike of 'no age statement' . To which the salesman agreed and proceded to tell me about his favourite whisky, which was actually an NAS. I spoke to him about this but unfortunately I think we reached the limit of his ability to bluff his way through a conversation. I won't go back to this shop. It's pretentious service is annoying and ill informed. The three cigars I bought were great and I am sure that if I'd taken the time to dress differently my experience would have been better. I'll go to Delicious Berlin (Starkezigarren) next time though as their humidor is as adequately stocked as this shop but the service is markedly better.

Fantastic shop with a huge range of Cuban cigars. The service is first class too. Any cigar lover will be delighted.
