  Solide (rheinland-pfälzische) Hausmannskost und meenzerische Lebensart: Hier babbelt Frau Babbisch beim Riesling-Schoppe mit Bert Bleed genauso wie Dr. Runkelbach und Amtmann Kleiner. - Zwar deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, aber immer noch -en vogue- bei Jung und Alt.

  Waren heute nach langer Auszeit mal wieder dort. Thunfischsteak , Zwiebelrostbraten, Brathändel u Tartare.es war alles auf den Punkt perfekt gekocht bzw. angebraten..zum Abschluß den legendären Haselnußgeist! Service 1abei gutem Wetter kan man im Innenhof sitzen👍

  Absolut zentral gelegen und trotzdem sitzt man in aller Ruhe im Garten des Lokals in entspannter Atmosphäre. Leckeres Essen.

  This is hands down my favorite place in Mainz to eat. They have a great wine selection (try the Ahr region selections) and the pastas too. I've always been impressed with the food, wine and of course the lovely wait staff. I think about this place days before I arrive and it makes my mouth water. I completely and fully recommend this establishment if you are interested in genuine, delicious German food or just a good meal. I love this place and I know you will too!

  Ein Klassiker in Mainz. Seit vielen Jahren eine tolle Konstante in Mainz. Weinhaus. Restaurant. Sehr gutes Essen. Interessante Weine. Guter Service.

  Large wine selection. Food is great. No English menu but waitstaff provided good translation and suggestions for what to order.
