Nice hotel, supportive staff but the room is lacking few essentials (iron/ironing service, functioning safe box)

I was attending a congress. It's very well equipped and air conditioned and two excellend restaurants. Bamberg aus itself a great place to stay for a couple of days.

European style hotel with twin beds in most rooms. Modest accommodations but a great breakfast buffet included. I complained about a smell in my room and they moved me to another.

It is difficult to find any faults with this well run hotel. The front desk staff are most friendly and helpful. My room was clean, well appointed and maintained. One minor quibble, as an American I am a custom to having a coffee maker in the room to enjoying an early morning coffee.
