Great vegan and vegetarian food. Slow lines at dinnertime, and a pain that you have to stay in different lines for different kinds of food, but the vegetarian pasta was awesome.

Pasta done the right way, quick, simple and hand made for an affordable price. Some of the cooks can appear a bit rude and impatient, but I personally don't mind.

Great ideas on the menu for ordering just the meal you might want.
You can go to the kitchen counter and ask a designated cook to prepare any certain dish on the menu for you and for anybody else in your party.
The interior design of the restaurant is beautiful.
The staff are easygoing and amenable.
There's a good selection of wines at the bar, but not a very good selection of spirits (for instance there are only two whiskeys on offer).
The management have cut far too many corners as far as the condiments and sauces are concerned.
The ingredients of the meal are almost always fresh from the day but the meal itself may be so bland as to be almost tasteless.
Don't eat any meal that is not to your taste.
Complain and with a lot of perservirance you should get to talk to the manager.
Only the manager can order a replacement meal and have the uneaten meal deducted from the bill.
Although the food is simply not good enough I still recommend going here especially if there are more than five people in your group, because it is a nice place, has a wonderful atmosphere and the staff are easygoing and amenable.
Do not go here for gourmet food though.response / report this review -

We had quite a long wait to order, but then the food was made fast.
I loved the very personal way they take every customer. The portions are very big (big thumbs up for that) and and they're also very very delicious. Big menu and also one in English available on the counter for tourists. I felt very welcome and I had a great meal!response / report this review -

It's a standard Vapiano - fast casual, cafeteria-style dining - with the usual comfortable if somewhat no-frills interior, tasty food and reasonable prices. Unfortunately this location has a SERIOUS problem with wait times, particularly from the takeaway window - on weekends, orders are often delayed by half an hour or more.

A lot did go wrong during my last visits. Toilets broke down they were out of stuff at the bar but the overall experience was nice and they handled enriching well
