  Very busy and not enough staff. But when I finally did get service it was quite good. Plus the store is modern and in a good location.

  Went to buy a sim card to use in Germany while travelling. I was told that there was only 1 option with 1gb, no 2gb or more options. I walked out and went next door to Vodafone who had more options.

  Horrendously poor service. Had to come here seven times (no kidding) to finalize my purchase of a smartphone with a contract. Never seen folks that care so little about their customers.

  Schlechte Beratung. Erst funktioniert Aktivierung nicht und am nächsten Tag kostet das Handy plötzlich 110€ mehr. Besser anderen Telekom Laden aufsuchen.

  Ein sehr netter Herr Philipp hat mir telefonisch wunderbar Auskunft erteilt und mich sogar noch auf bestimmte Details hingewiesen, damit ich mich nicht umsonst auf den Weg mache. Der einzige T-Punkt mit Direktwahl . Sonst gehts immer über diesen nervigen Automaten.
