Small rooms. Our bathroom had no shower curtain or partisian. No bathroom door. Staff was not helpful. Only on very slow elevator was working. Food was good. Great location

Rooms are very nice and clean. Room have everything which some other hotels miss like comb, dental set and shoe shiner. Breakfast is very good. Nice restaurants. Mc donald and Burger King is nearby. There are also some shopping stores at walking distance. Mosque is also located at 9 mins walk. But the staff needs to be friendlier specially reception ladies ( the boys at reception were friendly though). The cook staff and restaurant staff is very nice specially the indian cook. They dont have a three pin to two pin plug converter so you must bring it yourself.

Rooms are great, very clean and large. Small duvet which is very odd and large pillow! Shower in middle of room very quirky but great idea. Restaurant food and staff brilliant. Great beer cold on tap and various bottled choices. Disappointing thing is as a business first Wi-Fi is key and in this day and ages should be FREE. If you can connect it is patchy throughout the hotel and terrible connection speeds. 4 starssort this and 5 star Google review every day of the week.

Not too pricey, not bad for the airport (usually about 20-25 Euros depending on where you get taxi). Close enough to Ratingen for a nice stroll (about 1.3 miles) and I like the rooms and staff. Mostly for business and situated in a bit of an industrial area, but pretty convenient for many things.

Good rooms, (but avoid 161-171, outside noise is a but annoying) very good food, nice location. Only 2 minutes taxi from town, and 15 from Düsseldorf.

Terrible place, paid for queens size studios, got a double room and then a twin room. It is nothing like the photos! The rooms are very small and cramped. The WiFi is not free and even when paid for the connection is no more than 500kbs, useless. The staff are pleasant enough but could have more knowledge of local attractions. This is also located on a sort of industrial area. The health suite is bad, only the sauna works. I was told it had a Jacuzzi and a steam bath, no Jacuzzi and the steam room is out of order with no plan to fix it. I needed the steam bath for health reasons and should of been told when I booked that it was not working especially because I told them that. There is nothing to do inside the hotel or around this location. It is also not a airport hotel! If you're only having one late night here then maybe, otherwise avoid you really will be disappointed.

Rooms are big and comfortable. Restaurant is very good with great food and selection of beers. WiFi should be totally free in today's ageplus no English TV channels..
