Had an indulgent weekend in one of the newly refurbished grand deluxe rooms. Absolutely fabulous from start to finish. Staff were helpful and efficient, decor and facilities were great, and the entire experience was in line with the price. The Michelin starred restaurant Francais provided a fascinating range of flavours and dishes, and the couple's spa experience was exceptional. If you're looking for a luxury get away in the heart of Frankfurt, I can thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Antique and gorgeous hotel placed center of Frankfurt. You can go famous platz, shops, landmarks and altstadt by walk.
The room is comfortable and have nice views.
Staff is friendly but this time they did wrong room call and they didn’t noticed that.
Cons: unfortunately they don’t have parking space so you have to park by yourself and 5 to 10 minutes walk. This is little bit disappointing because I heard they’re doing valet parking.response / report this review -

Excellent service, facilities perfect for any type of traveller and very friendly hotel staff and guests. Would recommend coming again soon. Also a special mention to Matthew at the reception, he helped us find the best deals for rooms including a royalty room for +€90 👍and halal restaurants around the city.

Great location. Up scale place. Room was very comfortable and the shower was the best I've ever used. Wish there had been a flat sheet on the bed in addition to the comforter, seems like a German thing to not do that. The people I interacted with were very friendly and spoke English well. The cost of breakfast was a huge downer.
